Boutique Reply Policy:

We receive multiple requests daily for specifics on clothing availability. A popular way to reach us is through Facebook & Instagram. We do our best to offer quality service to our customers, as part of this we want to make sure our information is up to date on sizing and quantity.  Our boutique office hours are different than the Salon & Store operating hours. There are times we will not be able to respond immediately. If you contact us after boutique office hours, please allow 1 business day for reply to insure accurate information.

Boutique Hold Policy:

Thank you for your interest! Once we have replied to your hold request, we will gladly hold a size for you, to pick up in store. Holds are available for 24 hours. We understand scheduling conflicts occur, however after the 24 hour hold, we will then re-stock the item in-store.
